Sushi Recipies

To make the rolled sushi below you need rice, nori, a bamboo mat, and some fillings.
Everything you need can be found at The Rice Wine Shop off Piccadily Circus.

Natto Sushi

Finely chopped natto

 The filling, natto, is finely chopped.
Added shiso

 A half sheet of nori is used. A very thin layer of sushi rice, and a shiso leaf are added.
Added Natto

 A line of natto is carefully placed along the centre.

Tuna Mayonnaise

 The filling, tuna mayonnaise, is carefully placed along the centre.
